This is all part of the plan they want to see if they can make do with less people. They fully understand that this will cripple a lot of departments and will force them to cut unnecessary positions and tasks

I can’t wait to get the heck out of this place. Dealt with clueless leadership and office politics for decades at this dump. I plan on signing the offer the same day I get it.
