It's going to be a big one.

Inside sales as a whole was about 170 LC’s- both traditional and dedicated teams. The dedicated team took the hit (Arts, Pre Prof and Trades). They went from about 75 LC’s to 35.
Rough day at CLDC.
the dedicated team took the brunt of it...there were probably 50 in dedicated, now down 20 or so...and another 40-50 in traditional...which are still intact
How large was the inside sales team? 40? 50?
Not sure of the count, but upwards of 20 inside reps were let go today in KY
Really looks like nobody can confirm anything. A lot of speculation with no proof. I know folks throughout the org an nobody has been able to confirm the rumors.
Were certain inside sales groups targeted? Or was it across the board? Were they sent home or will they finish out the week? What was said in the one-on-ones? Severance?
Has there been anything done with the outside sales force?
Can confirm it was more than a couple people being laid off. A lot of teary goodbyes being said in the office today and I was only there until 10am.
I believe the people getting the HR invites are getting laid off or repurposed. A couple of people on my team got them and the same amount of people (but different people) got scheduled on calls at the exact same time as the HR calls with the DOS. I believe a couple of people are being laid off and the DOS calls are to discuss that those people will be absorbing the others jobs.
Damn. So do we think they are keeping the two and dumping the rest, or will it be the other way around, the Manager + team being told they are safe while the two receive unexpected calls from HR . . .
What team are you a part of?
All of my team, except 2, received an HR meeting invite for a certain time tomorrow. My manager did as well....
This info came from management
Told? By whom?
Where did 11/13 come from?
I was told tomorrow 11/13
The sales/service-side layoffs may not happen for another few weeks, still. It could very well be the first week of December.
Someone has convinced themselves that it must begin today or this week because of Friday's investor call, but that's nothing more than guesswork/wishful thinking on their part.
As previously shared, the revenue results reported Friday may very well not be as dramatic as rumored. These layoffs were spoken of during the last investor call, this has been planned for some time.
My personal bet is next week, but that is as much of a guess as what everyone else has posted here.
Another Town Hall meeting on Monday.
So far radio silence...
Acting weird, how?
- S. I don't think you'll get a real answer to your question. Those who know ain't talking.
Who is aware of who is getting laid off at this point? Do the DMs know? (At least the ones who aren’t getting let go themselves). Mine’s been acting weird.
It seems that some lower-levels have been led to believe that invites to the NSM - along with already-booked flights - means that they will be spared from the coming field layoff wave.
This is not the case.
A $400 airfare expenditure is a blip on the radar of the overall picture. It's a simple write-off at the end of the day, one of the many costs of doing business. In fact, if you DO get laid off and you are holding an insured or refundable ticket, I'd make it a first order of business to preserve the flight for personal use later on. Take the credit for yourself and consider it part of your sevrage.
Fair enough. Let me rephrase. Do you know because you are in HR/executive leadership or has the information already trickled down to DMs and those who might be conducting the layoffs within their teams?
I doubt anyone is going to name their source on this site. At least I would hope not.
Source? What happens to the flights already purchased?
They will decimate the RVPs as well as the corrupt DMs... hold onto your seats kids it’s going to get ugly
If no one told us about a reorg does that mean everything is staying the way it is for us?
Anyone affected by this information already knows this information.
