Who feels like doing anything anymore at old UG. Less pension, less benefits and then more work.
I wish was at retirement age but thats over 12 years away or got a package.
Always looking for a position else where, but nothing yet.
Just want no Enbridge in my life.
Inappropriate. That word describes so much of what goes on at Enbridge.
It’s a team effort to maintain silence. But it will get out.
Not knowing any better cannot be an excuse.
The world needs more Canada. Enbridge needs more Infrastructure Planning.
I wouldn’t be surprised if serious harassment allegations were leaked.
We need more infrastructure planning. That will get us a better score once again
And misogynistic.
Enbridge is so hypocritical
Yes. The scorecard was disappointing. On the upside, the year is almost over which gives us the opportunity to start with a clean slate in January. Between now and then, take time to spend with family, get some rest and rejuvenate. Be safe everyone
For those who haven't yet clued in yet, IP guy is a troll who likely doesn't even work at Enbridge.
“I’m hanging on to get my STIP and then l’m gone.”
Thank heavens.
PSUs???
RSU’s?!?! Aren’t you supposed to be getting PSU’s???
IP guy your ego is too much. There are many groups in Enbridge that are valuable and deserve RSUs. What does Infrastructure Planning even do?
Infrastructure Planning is not worried. because of the incredible value we continue to create, we will be getting enough RSUs to more than make up for any STIP shortfall.
Some say “wimpy bullies.” I say misogynists. If only the walls could talk.
GTM scorecard is almost all in the red too. The skeleton crew that is left work 50+ hour weeks then get a poor BU STIP. no wonder morale took a hit over the past week. My loyalty also has taken a hit. The way I look at layoffs is I get some work-life balance back. Look forward to it! Folks, remember to invest in yourself and keep developing. Don’t feel tied down by any company.
So our STIP performance took a huge hit this year. What else can be expected? Our teams have been ripped apart for over 5 years, our knowledge base has been kicked to the curb, efficiencies have been replaced by archaic processes. (Welcome back to the 1990s). Our once technically based company has been replaced by paper chasers, talking heads, Spread sheet balancers, and our strong leaders have been replaced by wimpy bullies that know little about how to lead, let alone run a successful pipeline company. Hang on as long as you can, because the long ride is not even close to being over! All of this shuffling, merging, reorganizing, and numerous reductions, has reduced a once world class company to a shambles.
We should be able to see all Business Unit scorecards for full transparency. Like it, we are all in this together. With holidays approaching, I wish everyone the best. I know there's some c-appy bosses out there and the company needs to do something about them. First stop should be where people are fleeing and turnover is above average. Wake up HR! In order to make employees accountable, they also need to hold PL's accountable. 360 feedback on PL is long overdue. Now whether the company chooses to act on that info, the ball is in their court
Original post was about LP score card....i cant see other BU score cards. I think they have it set up that way intentionally.
LP score card was a 0.89 because "projects werent completed and DCF was lower than anticipated, because of Line 3 not being fully in service."
Deflating news.
Was this just the GTM scorecard? How is the Corp scorecard?
Yeah i get it. DCF is extremely important and so is getting projects in the ground. But considering those things are very dependent upon politicians and business development, i dont see why most of us, who did a quality job this year, should suffer.
I had noticed it when the card came out in spring but had forgotten. How is 60% of the score tied to an area that a very small group can impact. I know I for one have no control over capitol growth or even DCF. Looks like BD needs to pick better projects to present ro the comittee.
Hopefully you're not from Infrastructure Planning. We neeeeeed youuuuu
I have nothing left. This company absolutely, completely s—ed the life out of me. I’m hanging on to get my STIP and then l’m gone.
