I worked there up until some months ago. Got out because of horrible management driving the support staff into the ground. Was told CVR/AVRS couldn't be outsourced to other countries because of laws or regulations with DMV information. Oddly though, the audit department was already outsourced to India, same with most of finance.
Not sure if there is truth to this but I will say from personal experience, this company doesn't know how to manage a call center or how to handle development cycles of their software. Poor organization from the top down. Could of been better but management from Hoffman Estates didn't respond to the worries of staff in Cincinnati and watched it fail from miles away. Bad choice.
