Anyone have an idea on why so many in HR are leaving? is that i sign of something to come?

HR has been f'ed up forever. Poor leadership at multiple levels. Maybe the good ones are not seeing any light.
Is it the new head of HR?
Its because of the true toxic environment in HR. The staff isn’t supported by leadership and anyone who actually knew how to provide thoughtful HR partnership with the business is gone or will be soon. Too many HR projects with no real impact and impossible deadlines for the HR team, along with placing staff in roles with really little or no experience = big retention issues and poor morale. They’ve lost double digit staff amounts in the last several years and I guess no one really cares anymore.
Some of the tasks of HR are being outsourced resulting in staff cuts.
They’re letting the ones go who know too much.
They probably want to avoid going to court.
