Get rid of the growing the business line and concentrate more on educating the students and the putrid rep you've rightfully earned since Sperling died might have saved this hot tamale of a mess a long time ago.
Get the bi-weekly while you can before moving on to the next "business" and good luck to old rubbish.
Get rid of those so called " coaches" and directors. They have no clue about managing people or how to interpret statistics. Growth is not possible if leadership cannot define and articulate a viable path upward. They are more concerned with hoarding cheerleaders than they are with growing the business.
