What is it?

I also heard flexstock from some other forums. Basically it seems its going to affect the night people having cap 2 do the majority of the work. Like unload and process it. I don't know how it will work. Someone said in October they are going to the change and lost half the night team. They want to focus more on the day time to have more customer service. I would assume night people would get a severance pay, laid off, or a chance to go to day time shifts.

I'm guessing it's a trendy name to describe variations in grocery vs. GM area stocking priorities of a given day or night. I could be wrong, but I'd bet my next pay check it's something very much like that.

Second day and our sm want cap 2 to focus on grocery and consumables... yet if the remix is late the asm tries to get the gm truck and consumables focused. The sm supposably does not want to do the flex stocking... my o/n team and myself barely got all gm [that was not worked by cap 2] and grocery done last nite.... Going to be another great nite for us overniters! 😂
