Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

HRBP SAYS NIELSEN DOESN'T GIVE SEVERANCE PAY!

And to apply for unemployment if you get terminated! Anyone hear anything different?

2 weeks per year of service in a layoff. If you were terminated due to low performance or fired, you would not get that.

If terminated/fired severance is not allowed. If downsized then policy is 2 weeks sevarance for every year you been working at nielsen.
