At $1566 /Month for you and the wife, RMA will last at most 7 months for the catastrophic policy.
The price that BHI/BKR puts on the benefits is so high that you won't want to keep the retiree medical after the RMA runs out. Heath Insurance for retired ages 55-65 is really hard to understand. Retire at the end of the year, use the RMA to buy insurance until it runs out. Then decide to keep paying or try to buy from a private health carrier.

Class Action status is nearly impossible with BHGE if you signed the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), the federal courts will kick each person into single binding arbitration. The whole point of the ADR is to stop class action lawsuits after the company cuts some benefit. It stops lawyers from filing a single suit for the entire class (all the effected employees) and they have to go to binding arbitration for each employee separately.
