Working in these BBB stores is miserable! Payroll is nonexistent! However be sure to get those beyond orders, beyond plus signups and dont forget the Mastercard signups as well. Staff is overworked and morale s—s! Everyone is looking for other employment!

MOVE ON, if it's that bad.. DUH!!
My point duh!! Everyone quits so its miserable in the stores, not easy when the dependable people keep doing all the work due to others not wanting to work this hard for 9.00 and 9.50 an hour. Some of us like our jobs but the extra work load takes a toll on many of us. We know how to apply for jobs but thanks for the advice!
If you are miserable it's time to move on. You have to actually apply to get a new job, so don't wait.
We don’t have to get email signups yet, but we were told it’s coming end of the month. They say we want to be the number one location for “heart felt life events”, but they don’t want anyone scheduled on the floor to give customer service, or ask if items are gifts or if the customer even found anything alright. But it’s ok, we have more cashiers, and have more signups than any other store since Sears closed! They still want us to chase people on to the Beyond store and out of the real stores, the only product they want us to sell in store is this d—- membership and the d—- credit card, and now we have to capture emails so the company can sell customer data? And the customers are responding to all this by not coming any more, except for the blue hairs who can’t figure out how to use the Internet. And they expect us to work even harder for no compensation and no career path. Update that Indeed resume, friends, this horse ain’t worth f—ging anymore.
I’d just like to say this is only half true. We have to do email sign ups in our store..
