The truth is a hard pill to swollow

The fact that their are so many miserable managers and associates is what has determined Bed baths fate. You can put a new ceo in but unless you replace everyone bed bath is still going to fail. Im sorry but once you lose your customers its really hard to get them back. Im sure the new ceo has a massive golden paraschute once this ship sinks. This is Jcpenny folks. You can dress up a pig and put makeup on it but in the end its still a pig. Cheers

I worked in the ny flagship store. I walked in there the other day. could have heard a pin drop. customers were asking for me. they said I no longer work there , the customers walked out. sales aren't up, just running steady. nobody is buying the expensive stuff. the super cheap stuff and the 20% discount. might as well turn it into a dollar store. noticed that the other inputs I had made were all deleted. must have been something I wrote

Call me naive but I still believe that we can turn this hot mess around. The old CEO and corporate leaders only cared about lining their pockets and draining the company dry. The new CEO needs to keep the store employees and fix the other deficiencies first.

Bbb doesn’t have anything that other stores don’t have or can order! Bbb is already dead, they just don’t know it yet! Bbb should be embarrassed to make the decisions they have made, they kept people that should have been gone years ago, DP, SS, (SM) RC he’s terrible and talks dirt about our company all the time.

It's only miserable because of the top layers, the stressed out and negative DMs and RMs. Those who work daily on the floor really want to love their jobs again, but the constant beat down and mixed messages from leaders with also ZERO praise...well they have themselves to blame good job.

The customers have already left our store. Where is the advertising? Where are the offers, the reasons to bring them back in to the stores? Where are the strategies? Is a membership and a credit card really all the ideas we have? Then we’re dead. A remodel ain’t going to bring people back if we’re not offering something interesting for them to buy, I mean, we are still in the retail business, right?
