Captain Obvious, here. Some campuses don’t want Access. How about finding a way to compete with Amazon that isn’t price matching without an actual price difference for the book. Nobody wants gift cards.

I would say no Orlando meeting but my guess is they want the write off and sponsors cover the cost of most of the events.
Do we have to go? I don't want to.
My store closed 5 years ago. I see that all the old problems are still around. I don’t understand how they stay in business.
Why are follett textbooks so expensive? To pay big upper management salaries? Definitely not salaries at store level. To pay for the perks upper management gets? To pay the rent at the nice new home office? Why not make the price of textbooks competitive & maybe more would sell, not sending customers to other sources. Would clear wasted inventory sitting the shelves that the store have to ship back costing labor, shipping etc.
It’s a known issue.
Do you remember cashless buyback? Epic fail also trying to keep the money in the store. Somebody get a clue or get gone.
If things are over-priced, why would I want a gift-card to buy something else that is over-priced.
