Just a heads up, hearing that more layoffs are on the way. Possibly to skew their Q4 numbers before the end of the year. Like when will this end?? This company is TOXIC!!!

Does anyone know if Mobile, AL office will have more Layoffs?
I was told my old department Boeing in Omaha is being let go on Oct 25th. Glad I got out when I did!
Tucson, a small office (around 30 people), just got notice today that it's closing down on 11/15 IN ADDITION TO ALL ITS TEAM MEMBERS. Two groups: 11/15 (majority) and 3/30/2020.. Like 7 people were given until 3/30/2020..basically an entire platform just got its support, implementation and integration teams wiped out. Didn't matter that they were there for years and had special knowledge, They got 4 weeks base severance and 1 wk per year, which I think is "standard" for West/Intrado from reports I've been seeing on here.
This is true we just got our paperwork this morning. Not going to say details but whole location is getting shut down. Whoever is posting these is an insider maybe VP level or couple levels below. Maybe HR. I'm sure my boss knew he's just worried about his own tail. Welcome to corporate America.
There's layoffs every quarter. You start seeing low scores on your performance reviews or have nothing to work on for weeks at a time, get your resumes updated and your boxes ready. They will continue to trim from the bottom.
Layoffs are going to happen. I get it. Continuing to say hold onto your hats is pointless. It's always a possibility. Live your best life and quit worrying. If it happens to you it is probably a true blessing in disguise.
I totally believe it. Yes additional information would be nice to have but basing this on trends, it's true. The company is going to continue outsourcing jobs so they won't need us. It will happen again, just a matter of when and where.
I don't know if I buy it. I heard way more chatter before the June layoffs...No story here folks!
I agree with the responder in the previous thread. Layoffs are always on the way at this point. Writing 'More layoffs on the Way' with no additional details as to which locations, which staff, where the information originated from, etc doesn't help anyone at all.
