They have brought in so many new leaders who have never seen an appeal. WE ARE NOT A CALL CENTER OR CORRESPONDENCE TEAM! WFM and WorkIQ is a joke as well, trying to dictate how much time I need to review a case documents and history. G&A has more impact than people recognize or appreciate, specifically the Senior leadership. They only care when they get a call from a group executive. The poor decisions made have impacted me financially because in QIP we can’t meet our goals. PEGA is a big FAIL! The PEGA team is a complete joke and has become to cover up all their missed requirements. They should share their bonuses with us, the people that do the real work!
Hope they all get exposed for their ways!

Did anyone else attend the all associates meeting on Wednesday? What a complete sh*t show. Do they really think we believe all the "good positive things" our leadership is doing ? These people are in panic behind the scenes as the ship is officially sinking !

I guess there is a big all associates meeting for G&A tomorrow. You know what that means! More c-ap about how well everything is and how they appreciate our front liners. Get ready to vomit with the interim SVP and her rat pack.

G&A will be completely dismantled in March of 2020. If you are an associate that is being monitored by WorkIQ you are most probably going to be sacrificed for automation.

So it looks like the plan is to shave staffing a another 15-20% by end of the 1st quarter of 2020. G&A will be eliminated their front line associates who handle intake and triage. If you are one of these associates either leave now or wait for the day. Just be smart this leadership doesn’t care about you.

Think about it no one wants to even take the SVP position for G&A. Everyone knows its a sh*t show and the rats they have working and running the show are pathetic. They depending on a system to do all the work instead of associates but little do they know the system they are depending on has set us back 10 years. The joke is on them but unfortunately by the time ELT figures out the real issues we will all be gone by then. Time to run folks don't waste your time and stick around to be a victim of their deficiencies.

When you people in G&A talk about the PEGA team are you talking about IT or the Director of Systems Support and Programs in G&A? Just curious because they both are junk but the Director is a lying you know what. My region has been dealing with him for over a year and he is definitely a piece of work.

It’s not just G&A, and Directors are big part of problem. A lot of these current Directors and RVPs have no business being in their positions, unqualified and completely out of their depth and they know it. You get what you (don’t)pay for. Best way to cover for their own deficiencies is to stick together, cover for each other, blame their staff and let them take the fall.

When will someone take this leadership team to E&C or report all these misconducts to state agencies ? There should be a full on investigation on what associates are being asked to do and managers are being asked to hide. All for what ? The rat pack that we currently have as leadership scramble to cover up their deficiencies and incompetence? HR doesn’t care they are part of their dirty work. Directors are terrified to speak up so we all suffer. PEGA will fix everything ? PEGA team will maybe wake up and find business sense and be ethically competent ? I think not.

I love how Managers and Directors of G&A have a weekly call with WFM and this new Leadership and discuss how more downhill the department is headed every week. People act like they all don’t know what the real reasons are. They all know it’s because of the new system and people that have infested the unit that last 2 years but everyone just plays the politics acts like they are struggling for other reasons because they know if they are truthful they will be marked for retaliation. My Director knows it too. It’s the elephant in the room but no one cares anymore. Just give me a paycheck at this point.

I completely agree with @11wBIlNZ-1sax! At this point our leaders are working against us instead of with or for us. We should reach out to these state agencies and expose our leaders and PEGA team for what they are. A complete FAIL! Putting the member not second but last !

Aren’t there industry standards on how systems are supposed to work? NextGen has made my production go down, between the process changes and the letter issues it’s only been going down. I am hoping the agencies start a market conduct exam soon. Hope the entire leadership gets to feel the heat we deal with everyday!

The front line workers don’t get a say in the garbage systems, poor business decisions, and ridiculous processes and work flow issues we have to deal with everyday, not to mention the understaffing, yet we are front line for paying the costs of those failures with our jobs while incompetent leadership not only cover for each other but pat each other on the back about how great they are. Have you looked at org chart lately, what a joke. Soon the ratio of VPs, RVPs, Directors will almost be equal to number of associates doing the real work. PEGA makes simple tasks complicated, not faster and I’ve never worked with a screen that jumped around so much for no reason adding extra delays
