The customers have already left

The customers have already left our store. Where is the advertising? Where are the offers, the reasons to bring them back in to the stores? Where are the strategies? Is a membership and a credit card really all the ideas we have? Then we’re dead. A remodel ain’t going to bring people back if we’re not offering something interesting for them to buy, I mean, we are still in the retail business, right?

This. They better have a plan, and introduce it fast, we already lost how many years under the old leadership, and the interim leaders did sweet f a, so what’s the deal, folks in the executive board? Are we in limbo until the new guy joins the company in November? Can we afford to just sit there and wait?
