I am thinking down again across the board, but fuzzy math at the bottom makes it look grand. It will even be down 1 - 2 % in Enterprise, the $$$ train of the company's future. With all the rough housing micromanaging going on in Enterprise Repair, no wonder things are not glossy, they are gloomy. A ticket system that is decades behind the times, a new IVR that transfers customers all over the company without help, and managers coming into the bathroom to see who's in there, no wonder it's going down the tubes. Mr. Big Man in Atlanta, are you listening??????????

Enterprise technicians are all in an ACD queue for inbound calls, one that does not work since their brilliant IVR change earlier this month. You must enter a specific not ready code to go to the bathroom. If you enter the incorrect one, you will be bumped back to ready, potentially missing an inbound call. If you are not ready and their patrol does not see you at your desk, the patrol continues up the hall and into the bathroom, where they peek under the stall to look at your shoes. This direction comes straight from the VP as they report to him every 2 hours. We have more than willing Tier I bully managers that love doing this.
Every second is micro managed. So they want to make sure nobody is loitering in the bathroom
Elaborate on the coming in bathroom to see who's there??? Why would anyone do that?
Don't pin your hopes there. Mr Atlanta is clueless. He's the one hiring third and fourth rate off the street hires from other companies. Have you heard him tell about Cbeyond and his fart sniffing there? One year later and Marty Fivehead is still around after that network outage that should have canned him.
