April 16th, 2020 massive layoffs and closed satellite office in Houston. The ship is sinking. Seeking Alpha had an article about UNT filing for bankruptcy. Mismanagement and poor financial decisions.

Do you think that once new mgmt. takes over April 1st, that stocks will increase and morale will go up? Stocks are at .32 cents per share right now. They have been shrinking rapidly over the past 12 months or more.

This is a perfect time for Pinkston to step aside, he’s not a leader and needs to step down. Merrill is the future of Unit and he needs the reins. There are vice presidents with micro managing behaviors helping to lead the company down a path of destruction.
