E&P thought they were better than EOR. My first example the Marmaton. Let’s build tank battery’s before we have even drilled the well! What a phenomenal idea NOT!! Then came the Stack, Scoop, and whatever else. Remember this “We are going to be the premiere stack player”. We are selling the EOR assets and then we will be in a better position! Oh yeah EOR funded most if not all the STACK drilling programs! Mr. Frog you are a pure disaster! Enron was managed better than this! Mr. Frog, Baldy, and the rest of your a*clown circus have brought a good company from a place people wanted to work to a place people wouldn’t sht on! The Mighty Stackarral!

So first off my sympathies to all that suffered the layoff past present and future. Yes there will be more ! Since 2010 chaparral has headed down a bad path. Since the FROG as that person has been referred as came on board. Before that the company had been through good times and bad low oil prices and higher prices. With that said I want all the newbies to understand this WITHOUT laying anyone off! All the c-ap people talk on MR. Fisher on this page is from people that are fresh outta school with no experience or are just plain stupid! The company was took because there was people that said they had experience EOR and otherwise and this proved to be false apparently! Since there’s been a Chapter 11 and now more and more layoffs! Plus a apparent delisting looming! Let not your hearts be troubled the assets sold are doing fine even tho the nah sayers will say different. One word of advice truth prevails, the oilfield will go on without all of us no matter how important we all think we are! At the end of the day when your 2 floors reduced and field offices as well... well you can count the days because you can’t fix STUPID! Oh and by the way I wasn’t a English major as you can tell from my grammar and punctuation!

A change in leadership would cause a bump in stock price.

Round two? More like round 20. Mr. Clean can cut more techs. Oh wait, none are left.

Only way to get stock price up that quick is to cut G&A (more layoffs) and/or sell equipment, leases, etc.
Get ready for round two.
