The IT support now is a joke. These people have no idea what they're doing and they're useless. I don't bother calling FSS anymore because there's no point. I needed help with something and the guy told me to look it up on the website, and hung up. Thanks.
Give this job back to people who know what they're doing and need the money to survive in this economy.

IT was outsourced to a company in India
Folks answering the support phones have heavy, Indian accents and call desk may be in India. Field technical techs are now outsourced by Essintial Technologies as private contractors, and Techs use private vehicles. They no longer carry parts, so downtime is rising. My store's phones have been inoperable for a week. This transition from trained staff to untrained contractors was rushed and poorly managed.
