ZIPP VSPP does expire March 28, 2020. The important thing is the union kept that article 19 language, ensuring mediocrity by seniority.
Seems like a perfect opportunity for all who do nothing but complain about their job and how bad the company is to take the steps they keep begging for and go if you have the courage
The enhanced is only the increase in money cap if you have enough years of service.
Enhanced VSPP is beyond the Article 19 provisions as a separate LoA.
No changes were made to article 19
I have heard nothing about it expiring, they said they kept everything in place other then letting the company now completely control our Insurance.
It's a L3 troll trying to use scare tactics.
I hate asking but could you clarify the VSPP expiring? Was that something with the previous contract?
Remember, VSPP agreement expires March 2020. Get it if you can boys and girls.
The new job titles were not included. In Q and A they sent out they said the reason was their work was not decreasing (same work)
The one we just had was for all Qwest grandfathered job titles.
Friday was a very large pool which included COT CDT CO-equipment installation and Network/Broadband technicians and some others as well
True, to selected job titles now not a blanket offer like they had been doing before. OST getting it and maybe other positions, but have not heard of CDT's or COT's getting one.
