When is the dtv outsource suppose to happen?

The reality is that the tech force is dwindling along with the workload. So if the fewer techs aren't consuming inventory, there's less of a need for warehouse employees. Outside the legacy T footprint (Colorado, Oregon, Montana...) unless there's a complete change of the business model, there will continue to be a need for the warehouses. And from what I can tell, there's not semblance of a plan anywhere to be found. Warehouse support will continue to shrink proportional to the overall decline of DTV, but the basic model will remain intact for the foreseeable future.
Also, legacy T techs tend to LOVE the DTV warehouse model because it effectively manages inventory despite an inept supply chain.
We are down to one working Warehouse Manager and a part time guy from some Temp agency.
Not sure what is left to cut unless it's the warehouse itself.
Maybe T will start shipping us our weekly supplies - T does have Amazon Prime, right?
