If the market makes a turn soon, do you think there will be Cerner Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

Did layoffs happen in February (or since) due to outsourcing to India? If so, is someone willing to talk to me about it? No, I am not the media, but work with a program that helps workers whose jobs have been lost to outsourcing.
Kansas city is about to layoff the whole finance department probably by end of second quarter. They outsourced to India 100% true
Cerner just asked Research Deployment Managers (the title may have changed) in Malvern to either move to Kansas City or take the severance package. I don't know how many left but most did not move. I heard this from a guy who was affected.
2020 layoffs started last week in portugal, spain and france. what's Next ?
2020 the year of the real layoffs. Everything before was just to ease the employees and news about it and make it less shocking. 2020 layoffs will make those two rounds of layoffs look easy. I expect some of the buildings to be sold and parts of the company.
All rumors point to more coming. I have no idea why C has decided to paralyze their dedicated associates with this Hunger Games style layoff lottery, and not just do it in one swing of the axe!
