Do you think there will be CA Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

After 20 years with CA I’m soooo happy to have left and work for a great new software company. Wish I had left CA a long time ago.
@-peju...where have you been? This has been the plan since Nov 2018. When will folks learn people are a liability at Broadcom...
If you can, get out...now..start of new year means companies have budget to hire. Network with folks who are no longer with CA/Broadcom. Majority of people I know who left are quite happy, me included. People I’ve spoken to over the holidays in ALL parts of the former CA are either unhappy, frustrated with incompetent managers, or just realizing the honeymoon is now over...
I hear rumbling of a shake up at innovation drive location. Prague is running out of stuff to break and thus needs more work to keep them happy. Some tasks will be transferred to them. There are draft plans to completely eliminate teams even as they are hiring (everyone is completely in the dark). On good authority (indirectly through AR) hock is pushing to eliminate work from home and testers. Hock just sees no value in testers and they dilute the revenue per engineer number.
No CA left so no :-)
