Jan 2021, full time asset protection and managers laid off. Remaining associates say open door policy has been terminated.

Hopefully, you found something better. They don't pay very well or offer great benefits. Very cheap company to their employees.

Burlington just laid off 600 ASM's on February 28th. New CEO eliminated ASM of merchandising and replaced them with selling floor supervisors for half the cost. Any store less than 12.5 million lost one ASM. Some large volume stores with 3 ASM's went down to 2. I know I was one of them.

No because employee turnover rate is so high, there is no need to lay anyone off.
