What's your prediction as it relates to the possiblity of Pier 1 Imports Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

Arlington, Texas Pier One location is closing. Confirmed as of Dec. 7th. Customers received emails of close out sales taking place too. What I don't understand is why this store? It's adjacent to the headquarters of the company. That seems incredibly illogical to me.
