I always hear people wondering why T is a sinking ship. I'm an authorized rep and deal with nonsense all day through T's ARSMs and higher. Absolutely no follow through. No replying to texts or emails, Just a joke. They think they are entitled to being treated as the utmost professionals but command the same respect as the criminals that clean the roadsides. And yes, they steal our time, money from our customers and motivation. No wonder you lose market share and destroy companies you purchase.

The employees of today are trying to do the work that ten employees were doing just last quarter before they got let go. Those who are left sympathize with your frustration however, we're just riding this train.
We're neither allowed to drive it, nor give advice on how to maintain it apparently.
There is a point where the amount of work exceeds the employees ability to keep up with it and we blew right past that stop several months back.
I feel like a lone Palm Tree on a beach facing down the incoming tidal wave. No matter how much I might like to fight it, I'm going to drown anyway.
A CEO is responsible for their company's culture. When workers are treated disrespectfully, customers & investors will feel it too. There's an attitude problem with leadership, sociopathic & even psychopathic in a way. It's not possible to treat workers one way & customers & investors another way. Leadership is stuck in a state of denial; we could throw truth at them all day and it wouldn't matter. They're not going to snap out of their denial until either they are ready or something major forces them.
Yep, it’s not the employees fault. It’s the environment created by C-suite
That is the environment randy and Stankey has created. Robber barons both of them with million dollar parachutes to land at pebble beach with their Harvard and nytimes buddies laughing all the way to the 18th green.
