Started already. Most of the contractors laid off in the 4th week of March 2020. Media just not covering it.
Twice I had an item shipped and each time the item was damaged. I've been on the phone for over 40 minutes with the incompetant customer service rep who could care less about retaining a long time customer. There is no excuse as to why I should be waiting this long to get an item returned and shipped overnight after I have received 2 damaged items. Get with the program.
