Bayfront health owned by CHS has to be one of the WORST places I have every worked. During the moths the census drops example at Christmas they make all “non essential” or non clinical staff drop to 32 hours per week. This is laboratory, medical records, admitting, IT staff. Staffing at the place was already barebones. So staff who thought they had 40 hour a week job now have 16 hours less per pay period. Of course this is not disclosed at the time when they hire people they fine out when the memo comes out. The care of patients there is horrible. They use baby wipe to bath people and try to limit the number of blankets in order to save money. I stayed due to peers but there came a time when the new CEO and they let Directors and Managers go just because a new sheriff was in town. Making an unstable situation worse. Do not take your family to this place!
