If the economy turns around, do you anticipate any Omnicare Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

they are restructuring big time. Nothing new for cvs if you've been around. Vp of AM rumored to be gone and combined that role with vp of ops. All but 4 DDAMs gone so lots of consolidating. Lots of account managers on snf side gone, not sure how they are going to swing managing those accounts unless it all stays remote. CPs had layoffs, nursing consultants as well. Got rid of the rcc, and some other small departments. Almost rather been offered the severance then have to see what all they make us do for the same pay.
Yep! 35 years total and I’m gone. Started as a college graduate with CVS and worked my way through various jobs and landed at Omnicare. Very sad week in our household.
Mostly everyone I know well at the company went today. I am wondering if I go tomorrow.
It’s very sad to see so many talented people be let go. Honestly hoping I’m next. It’s a very unpleasant place to work with a horrific fear mongering culture.
I just got laid off 10 years down the drain when CVS health just made 64 billion last quarter, lemme just tell my kids how to be a good worker and loyal to a company like I was fresh out of school keep your 19 bucks you pieces of corona money hungry covid 19 pandemic capitalizing demons and yet they arrest people for selling face masks for a premium price gtfoh the system is rigged and full of sh– time to join the protesters and anarchist since someone has to sell them their dope that won't be legal for me to do anymore.
SNF side hit the hardest with layoffs so far. Executives all the way down to staff pharmacists being laid off
No all of Omnicare, not just SL.
Any details on the layoffs?
do you know how many? Is it all Senior Living?
Layoffs confirmed. I was on the Omnicare conference call 15 mins ago.
