Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Executives salaried positions grade 15 and above recieve a quarterly bonus every friggin quarter no matter what.

Wise up...the top gets paid very well plus a quarterly bonus paid in what they call "units"...each unit is worth 5K. This doesn't include additional payout for meeting all those metrics that trickle down to you that you cant do anything about. However if the KPI and metrics show favorable then the payout of the units is multiplied. And you on the lower end get jack sh–.

Get back to work. We are tracking all employees internet activity and if you are found to be using unauthorised sites your name will be added to the list for the next round of layoffs

Best to focus on the job and making Baker #1 in the industry again.

The comments of underperforming, jealous and lower grade employees are to be laughed at.

Go find a new job because you clearly don’t understand the stress and hard work seniors managers have to do day in day out

If you did you wound t be making these silly comments.

The seniors management team are the ones delivering success and keeping everybody in their jobs.

It's True....I didn't even mention the 9600.00 per year car allowance or the stock options over and above the quarterly bonus. There are many pots of money these upper crust blubber buckets treat themselves to.
Yet even in the best of times...though hourly could receive up to 10 percent PIP they have never paid more than 5 percent though 4 is the norm

Don't worry be happy...they are working for your best interest though...hahahaha

That was the problem with aberdeen. You couldn’t spend time with clients because all the other c-ap put in your way. It was more about achieving metrics than the oil business. That’s why this place went down the toilet.

This has nothing to do whatsoever about losing or winning projects in Aberdeen.

Yes, we have had to let some good people (and not so good people) go but let us get back to work and focus on serving our clients

That’s executive privilege given we have worked hard to reach an executive position and have top university qualifications. The decisions we make create value at the highest level and competition for these kind of skills ensure salaries and bonuses are fair

Let’s not start any negativity here around this and I would humbly suggest you get back to work rather than wasting company time posting on here
