Wise up...the top gets paid very well plus a quarterly bonus paid in what they call "units"...each unit is worth 5K. This doesn't include additional payout for meeting all those metrics that trickle down to you that you cant do anything about. However if the KPI and metrics show favorable then the payout of the units is multiplied. And you on the lower end get jack sh–.

It's True....I didn't even mention the 9600.00 per year car allowance or the stock options over and above the quarterly bonus. There are many pots of money these upper crust blubber buckets treat themselves to.
Yet even in the best of times...though hourly could receive up to 10 percent PIP they have never paid more than 5 percent though 4 is the norm

That was the problem with aberdeen. You couldn’t spend time with clients because all the other c-ap put in your way. It was more about achieving metrics than the oil business. That’s why this place went down the toilet.
