New PTO

I am a recent HR rep and I chose to leave because of the new PTO schedule they are releasing at the beginning of the year. Enjoy your two full weeks of PTO/sick time. It will be combined and limited.

Go read the old SEC filings...Gareth was never the problem. Tracy maybe...Phil absolutely. They ran Gareth off when he didn’t want to do a full merger with Encore. The S4 narrative shows they talked to Encore before Gareth left...he only wanted assets...not the company. But less than 2 months after his ‘retirement’ Phil and Tracy were back in Encore’s office. I think we know what happened there.

Raises.. that’s what you care about. People are getting laid off. I mean the post below we lost our lawn crew and window washers already. Those are people that can’t even make ends meet. And you probably have a over paid salary for the amount of you work actually contribute to the company. If you left you would not be missed. Your mom does not even miss you.

There has been no new HR reps. I call BS on this post. If anything they should give more vacation time to all the employees as some type of perk because we have been loyal and patient with Denbury during this time. Many years in a row of cuts and changes, would be nice to have some perk for Sticking with the company. Who knows what raises will look like for 2020, if any. Any thoughts?
