Still no news they are massaging the info. All of a sudden the appraisals have become important. What for? Why? Emails every few days reminding you to fill out rubbish for no output. Well this year appraisals can go in the bin and it will make no difference like every previous year. Please publish the survey or is it that bad you cant!

Then again nothing change so maybe a good idea not to waste time on the survey. Maybe you can sc-ap appraisals and surveys going forward and should free up 100 fte man hours which can be wfrd.

DXC has a good track record of highlighting the positive feedback and kyboshing the negative feedback as representing a bunch of whingers. The survey results will state that rewards and recognition are a positive but due to cash flow issues the belt tightening must take precedence.

Your best option is to spruce up your CV, attend job interviews on company time and get the heck out of DXC. Your back pocket will appreciate the love, your health will improve markedly and you won't need to listen to the BS that comes out of all layers of DXC management.

Whatever the name of the new UK&I guy is (I don't bother trying to remember the names of these people now), he said the other day that the survey results will be published very soon.

That's just as soon as someone can find some positive news in them... which probably is that the response rate was very high which no doubt will be spun as "the employees are very engaged"

The rest, not commented on no doubt.

I guess the thing is that they always have an eye on the Wall Street view of the company and that a leaked set of survey results would no doubt crash the share price.

We'll see - but like most of you, I am still operating on the basis that the new company is the same as the old company and we will continue to be lied and [email protected] on.

I'd love to be wrong, but no point in building up my hopes.

Any news or action on this survey regarding pay? Or is it just another tick box exercise. If so why do we bother with this nonsense.

Thing was over a month ago. How much worker and management time has been wasted if there is no outcome or action.

More recognition for the non-executive high performers who are about to be shown the door. Meanwhile Sal pockets your cash. Criminal.

Oh yes...there's rewards and recognition all right! It just all goes to Sal and upper management.
