It’s no secret that people leaving on their own is an everyday occurrence at this company. What’s even more troubling that we see a mass exodus of people that have been with the company for a long time. In other words, knowledge and experience is walking out the door at a rapid pace. I have my doubts that the company can replace those people, no matter how many younger and cheaper workers they hire. From that comes what I believe to be the logical question: How long is the company going to be able to keep up with this turnover rate, and how long before we see some serious consequences?
