After being booted a couple of months ago, I ended up getting a job at the company whose account I was on at DXC. (I found out that they are SICK of DXC's revolving door of WFRs, by the way). They hired me for 10K more, along with a signing bonus. Moving costs were covered, and they are providing performance based stock grants. All that and I am not even a manager, just a worker bee. Everyone, there ARE companies that appreciate their employees!!, I am working for a manager who makes sure I know that I am appreciated, and with coworkers who love what they do. I am loving it as well, plus the managers at DXC who WFRed me now have to deal with me as a client. Life is sweet, after a few rocky months of uncertainty. DXC can go jump in the lake.

Way to go, I've heard loads of people saying they have enough and are leaving for more pay.
Nearly 20 years with CSC/DXC. Told I was way, way under the salary floor for my title. Mgmt said they planned to give me a lesser title instead of fair compensation. I wasn't the only one on the account told this either as we compared notes during a staff meeting. Ended up Jumping ship six weeks later. 40% raise for doing the same exact job in the same geographic area.
Jump if you can. The grass might not be any more green, but the salary increase will make it possible to fix the grass :D
Left this summer on WFR after 20 years. Now got 33% payrise, much better benefits including medical cover for partner.
Congrats on your getting out and landing yourself in a good position, Mike S has his work out turning this ^%^%^%^ around and is it too little too late for him to save the company.
Congratulations, DownIsUp! Here's to a much happier and brighter future! I am 3 years removed from HPES, making $30k more and have received an annual pay raise since I left. I never would have received any of that had I stayed on.
Way to go, I think In the new year people will just leave after 13 years of paycuts most employers are offering better deals. With DXC it's going to be more rounds of useless delaying tactics like apprasails and surveys, and new bull and strategies. So 5 years down the line there will still have been no pay rises and the company will nearly be bust as the clients will be fed up with the low morale and resulting delivery from staff as they do minimum for minimum pay. So in short Management your shooting yourselves in the foot by milking the company of all the money. Your just going backwards learn to improve morale by paying people with rises and bonuses that they deserve.
