I don’t think that there is any company in which the employees are faced with such a level of micromanagement like at Masco. From what I’m seeing company-wide lower management tends to go into every little aspect of the work, to a degree that employees can’t perform thay everyday tasks at the same level. I know managers have a hard time containing their ego and all, but is there anyone from higher tiers of management that sees that this is doing way more harm then benefit to the company?
