Considering the layoffs that took place this year I highly doubt this, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Does Ocwen ever offer any kind of incentive to keep people who have decided to quit for a new job?
I frankly don't want to leave, but I got a good offer. Now I'm trying to figure out my next step.

No they do not counter offer you. I resigned a few months ago and consider myself to be an asset to executive leadership for my department and servicing. All I got was a 40 minute conversation trying to talk me out of it..... you’ll do great at your next company!
You are doing Ocwen a favor if you leave. They don't care if you go and they certainly aren't giving incentives for employees to stick around. If you got a better offer, take it.
