Is the fact that OXY has a lease on ALR and the GRC for the next 13 years change anybody’s mind about their VSP choice?
To be honest, it makes the decision to take it a lot harder if you’re living north already.

I think for what the COC pays you could hire a driver to take you downtown every dayor afford to move to Montrose.
It was an easy decision regardless of where oxy puts an office.
I expect it will just be GOM and WES for most part. Oxy's going to load up WES with as many people/G&A as they can.
Wish we knew what business units other than GOM and WES that will be headed to The Woodlands. To get be whole building must mean more folks will be heading north for work.
