The deliver hubs literally cannot support some clients due to the number of staff that have been removed. I was on a recent call where the incompetent deliver hub managers were beseeching staff to utilise their social contacts with people who had been made redundant to get information from them. They have called this project Crowdsourcing. This is a genuine post - unfortunately for me I still work for the cowboy outfit.

I don't know how they can do these asking for info after you have left, doesn't it break DXCs own confidentially rules. Just shows how desperate things are, if only the staff got treated fairly the company wouldn't be in such chaos.
I'd been VR'd about three months when an ex- colleague from India contacted me on Facebook messenger and asked for some help. My response was "Sorry, I don't work there anymore".
They announced this intention before I left last year. Certainly didn't give me any second thoughts about staying. Cheeky buggers still denied me VR though!
Beware, Don't ever provide anything, even for freelance rates. Because, you will not get paid and then you will have to run after them again. They are so bad, that everyone will throw their hands up and say it's not them... blah blah blah
@12RCC4c6-cpl agree don't give anything to these cowboyers for free, charge them freelance rates. You don't need to give anything to DXC after termination, it's up to them to arrange knowledge transfer before being chopped.
It's been a couple of years since I left. Then, getting brief advise internally was problematic enough with managers everywhere cracking down on staff helping others without a charge code. Now they expect former staff to pitch in? Desperation.
They should speak truth in their mission statement and strategy "Staff are our least valuable asset, We will screw them where we can, and invest and reward our top management only" it's so blatantly obvious to customers what's going on, when are the pay rises coming? This company needs change staff and customers first otherwise it's pretty much dead, wake up and smell the coffee.
Yes, this is true, I was on the call also. I was made redundant just before Christmas and will be expecting a few questions over the next few weeks at various social functions. I will not be answering them.
