Received a raise not much but really odd to receive something after chapter 11 has been found. Somebody mentioned on here recently that 850 million-dollar load has been slowly depleting as everybody's been getting a piece of it across the board. Why would a company even give a raise if they're in chapter 11 status here is there something going on that is it being told or is this just a way to keep people around? Have you received a raise do you know any or have you heard anybody else get one what are your thoughts on this? It's somebody been mentioning February 10th something big supposed to happen in February or March anybody hear anything about that as well

switch to Borden, I hear they are handing out raises
We got raises at our plant, but only because we are under a collective bargaining agreement, so they were contractually obligated to give the predetermined increase according to how it's written.
There was an email sent out in either November or December that mentioned everyone would be getting a 2.5% increase. Salaried employees will even get an STI payout (although only a fraction not what they they might otherwise be eligible for). So, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone at this point. Sounds like your manager just didn't do a great job communicating that out. I agree though, it does seem stupid to still give out raises at this point.
