Company really needs some clarity on direction. Customers have no idea what contact center has a future. Loyal customers are forced to look to competition. Without some radically change the company has no future.

Yes target is on them to ensure bottom line gets on track and start contributing to org growth instead remain part of bureaucracy.

Big or small layoffs have been a way of life for Avaya/Lucent/AT&T for decades!
