Let me be very candid - I am doing very well after I left after SAP, similar to other ex colleagues who were booted out years ago. of course they don’t say they boot you out. They hire cheap managers from their world countries who deliberately rate you lower on your performance every year in order to push you out. They willingly give awards and send the young hires for training, while deliberately not giving jobs to experienced hires then give us bad ratings at the end of the year. The most courteous thing you can do, SAP, is to be candid that you are doing a refresh and thank the past contributors, instead of insulting our contributions by hiring third world managers, who think they are gods just because they are hired to be executors in our own country and soil, and insult us on our performance on our way out. You can be assured every company myself and my ex colleagues who are “treated with the TLC you give” will allocate nil resources and efforts to SAP usage and adoption.
