The FY20 Year-End Performance Review process has officially started. If we don't see salary increases for people who exceed at least some of the expectations,
I am afraid we will see a lot of good people leaving on there own. I for one will either leave on my own or my work will slow down.
For me based on a normal company giving a minimum of 2% increase a year (past employers always gave me at least 6%) , I am $15,000 down since being with DXC.
