Thread regarding Dean Foods Co. layoffs

Rabobank of Denmark is the DIP lender

SEC forms are out via comments in stock twits. A lot of juicy information on those 8k forms for those of you willing to sift thru it all.

Each plant is for sale individually to the highest bidders. Everyone for themselves.

The link to SEC forms and 8k filings in on stock twits somewhere in a discussion forum. Once you do access that. It is in fine detail within the 50 plus pages of documents on the specifics in the one 8k filing I read. Just skimmed it this morning. Those interested will have to do your own digging to find it from here.

Don't think there was any serious doubt that every facility would be up for bid separately to the highest bidder. Yeah, the board would have liked to have sold everything at once and been done with it, but that's never what happens in bankruptcy when a company's assets are worth significantly less than their debts and all those banks and everyone else the company owes money to get a say.
I'm still thinking this will convert to a Chapter 7 in a few months. Hopefully some plants will get sold before that happens.
