That is correct, if the company is laying off also less than 200 they do not have to issue WARN. So almost every day they lay off people here and there, it is not public.
There have been lay off is in Corporate as well in Florham Park. I will not be shocked if the company is going for fire sale after this quarter.

WARN notice is done by State, if your team is 90% remote and spread across the US no WARN notice may be triggered. Remember Conduent is made up from lots of different business units, this also may play into the reporting requirements for a WARN notice. HRS was hit pretty hard, I'm sure others were as well - biggest RIF I've seen in the last 10 years.

Which group? they keep dumping work on others and they don't back fill even if they resign. Year-End, it's a bonus time for the middle and upper level mgmt. They wanted to fill their packet book and don't care about people working hard. sinking ship, get out!!

Our team was hit hard, no idea who is going to do all the work that was owned by all these amazing workers, I know I'm not working extra so I can earn even less than I already do. No raises, no match, having to work while you're on vacation...and here is your big thank you! If you have PTO, take it. If you have sick time accumulated, take it. If you can find another job, take it!
