Reach out to Studio Enterprise. Either the Director of Marketing or Director of Social Media Marketing. The Art Institutes no longer manage the web content, social media pages or posts. But Las Vegas may not be a part of the Enterprise schools. It may be independent now, not sure. Either way if you contact them they should be able to help you remove the content. If you're one of the faculty mentioned, and you no longer work there, shoot an e-mail to HR and threaten legal action. That's what I eventually had to do when I was riffed. They're trying to derive some extended benefit from your professional expertise and reputation.
