Thread regarding Rite Aid Corp. layoffs

Our store is having hours cut drastically, to the point we barely have any coverage, and there are even shifts where there will be only one person at front end. And this is all during the busiest time of the year. We got an email saying to make sure we're fully covered for this month, but then got another email saying we had to cut hours. Some of our employees are working less than 20 hours a week. Even with all the cuts, we still come up over on our earned hours.
There are plenty of customers upset that we don't have more staff, but corporate doesn't want to give any hours.
People can't live like this and it looks bad on the company.
