I feel like Chris deserves it. The others not so much, like the one that made bad financial decisions still sitting in the same role getting fat.
If you are going to tarnish your name by taking the wheel of a sinking ship, you better get well compensated for it! I feel it is fair.
It’s not cute, just a factual reply to the question about executive pay. Regardless of who wrote it, it obviously states not only is there no pay cut we pay double to our executives than other similar companies.
You must have missed the recent article on Yahoo re: CEO compensation.
simple question....have the C suite and VP's taken pay cut? That's when you really show you do care for your people. Do you still need this many VP's? Screwed up Board and Upper management. It's all money for them while more and more work pushed to people who really do the work.
There are plenty of accomplishments this company has achieved. The company has survived extremely tough times losing a lot of friends in the recent past years. Almost everyone has absorbed the work of one or more former coworkers. Many people could have left to find other jobs but decided to stay and help the company come out on the other side. Working within cash flow and paying down the debt we have is something everyone should be proud of. There will be bumps in the road ahead but the workers that continue to stay choose to and aren’t going to work for free so don’t get bent out of shape if someone wants to discuss getting paid for working hard and a little increase in pay. Either get on board and be positive or do us all a favor and move on.
Well you deserve zero... what true accomplishments has this company achieved. This is a disgrace.
116 feels like to me. You have to think they will do at least 6-8% raise to keep the folks that are still keeping the lights on
I agree, I think 110 - 112. Haven’t heard a peep about raise talk though.
My guess is 110%. Reserve replacement will k–l us, but I’d be surprised if it was below 100%.
How many non-VSP's get laid off before it? The count is already at 1.
