End of 2019 results -- who didn't see this coming?

"The weaker performance was driven by the following factors:
Modest adoption share loss caused by the delivery issues due to the implementation of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in H2 2018, as well as sales force re-organisation."

Well folks, all our friends who were jettisoned over the past two years received their recognition today. Yes, letting go hundreds of highly successful, highly respected, highly functional sales people who sell into a highly complex market will cause "modest adoption share loss". Two back to back BTS disasters, TEP and Systems in 19'? Where's the leadership? Hello? My tracking looks great though.

Found out today I lost a GIANT adoption for Fall 2020. This isn’t the first and it won’t be the last! Pearson needs to get it together ASAP!

We are crumbling! What will happen when the bookstores go out of business? As much as we don’t like them all the students will be forced to shop online and Pearson Ecommerce is poor at best. Also if I had to rank my tech users in satisfaction I would say they are not thrilled with Pearson products and support overall. I would also say I have more tech users that I’m worried about loosing then want to comeback to Pearson. On top of that we aren’t calling on as many departments as we did before we are generalist.

Schools start next week and we shall see how BTS goes

I’ve never been more concerned for Pearson’s future.

Maybe leadership will be out?

TWO back to school nightmares?! TWO?!
You’re either plagued with a very short memory or only 2 years into the job. We haven’t had a smooth or successful BTS in the better part of a decade.
