Nobody has entered into an agreement with Zovio Except for Ashford for services. Zovio has no real profit without Ashford. Take my word that Zovio has no tech, and all of this just means that Zovio can become even more shady with prospective students when they make promises during recruitment. Its a scam so Zovio can try to go back to the old Pump and dump and blame Ashford when it fails this time. I hope the regulators dont let it happen, its a clear scam to seperate the two, so Zovio can pump and dump Ashford Enrollments and skim off their student loan money funds legally and leave Ashford to rot. Nobody wants to use Zovio services anyway.

Waypoint is a joke. Its garbage. This post is absolutely right. The company, its stock, and Ashford are garbage. Enrollment continues to drop. This company has been burning through cash for years and still can't get it right.
What more do you expect from TeleUniversity?
Zovio purchased Waypoint/Constellation years ago in preparation for this. This has been discussed since 2013/2014 when I was an employee. They eventually knew the two entities would have to branch off.
I guess the argument is what stops Zovio from using recruitment services to lie to potential students? Title IV funding is retained, but Zovio is free to tell recruiters to lie to students to get them enrolled? It is a shell game, to get Title IV and still allow them to be shady?
