I would never consider going above and beyond or working my 'butt off' for a company that's selling out it workers and policy holders. I would never consider volunteering for anything with these bozos. I would never consider joining the low level management tier and helping to stalk and push my fellow co-workers out of a job - as per upper management policies. A Humana job is best for those who want a niche job while concurrently having another outside financial outlet in the works.
Do not consider making it your life's work unless you are making over a million a year here. Avoid all office politics. I recommend nodding and agreeing with manager. I also use the phrase 'I understand' a lot. Keep the stalkers pacified. Consider this job a stepping stone to something better.
